Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350. The contact stated that the vehicle leaked gasoline into the rear driver’s side seat causing a pool of gasoline under the seat. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was diagnosed but not yet repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact was provided information of a possible manufacturer’s recall. The failure mileage was approximately 104,000.
