TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ E350W. THE CONTACT NOTICED A STRONG FUEL ODOR AND A FUEL LEAK WHILE PLACING FUEL INTO THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FLETCHER JONES MOTOCARS (3300 JAMBOREE RD, NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92600) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED MILEAGE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR FUEL LEAKS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 162,000. *TR *TR
