The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving 30 mph, the vehicle loss power steering functionality and ceased. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The contact restarted the vehicle and continued driving to her destination. The failure recurred several times. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact took the vehicle to another local dealer Fred Martin Superstore (3195 Barber Rd, Barberton, OH 44203, (330) 753-4444) and the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 107,000.
