Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact’s daughter stated that while driving 60 mph, the vehicle stalled with a message stating that the transmission was overheating. The vehicle was towed and was awaiting a diagnostic test and repair. The manufacturer was informed of the failure, and the contact was referred to the dealer for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 155,000.
