Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the infotainment screen remained blank while driving. The contact also stated that the back-over prevention camera failed to operate as needed while the vehicle was in reverse. The contact took the vehicle to a dealer where he was informed that the parts to fix the vehicle were not available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
