Consumer Description

MY SPRINTER WENT INTO LIMP MODE. WOULD NOT GO OVER 10 MILES PER HOUR. HAD IT TOWED TO A MERCEDES BENZ DEALER. REPLACED UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM SENSORS. THE UPSTREAM NOX SENSOR WAS MALFUNCTIONING. I RECIEVED A LETTER FOR A RECALL WITH THIS PROBLEM. MERCEDES BENZ DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THIS REPAIR AS A FIX.
