THIS VEHICLE, PLUS NUMEROUS OTHER MB MODELS, ARE THE SUBJECT OF AN EMISSIONS LAWSUIT. THERE IS A REMEDY AVAILABLE TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE AND TO QUALIFY THE RESPECTIVE OWNERS TO SOME SIGNIFICANT COMPENSATION. I DISCOVERED THIS BY ACCIDENT ON-LINE. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY MB AND THERE IS NO RECALL FROM NHTSA. MY QUESTION IS WHY ISN'T THERE A NHTSA RECALL? FOR MORE DETAILS, ACCESS THE HAVENS BERGMAN WEBSITE.
