Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOSS POWER STEERING FUNCTIONALITY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BE DIFFICULT TO STEER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SERVICE ADVANCED TRACTION WARNING MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT SPOKE TO WRAY FORD (2851 BENTON RD, BOSSIER CITY, LA 71111, (318) 686-7300) AND WAS SUGGESTED THAT THE VEHICLE BE TAKEN IN TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 197,000.
