Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL, WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND WORKED AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO D-PATRICK HONDA (4300 E DIVISION ST, EVANSVILLE, IN 47715, (812) 477-6201) BUT, WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. Consumer stated failure occurred multiple times since the report. When the consumer accelerates, let off, and re-accelerate, sometimes it's not in any gear and just revs up.
