Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE ENGINE OVER HEATED AS THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO EWALD'S VENUS FORD (2727 E LAYTON AVE, CUDAHY, WI 53110) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT RELATED THE ISSUE TO A HEAD GASKET FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEAD GASKET HAD BEEN REPLACED ONCE PRIOR TO OWNING THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 76,000.
