TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HYUNDAI TUCSON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. THE CONTACT HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO HUFFINES HYUNDAI PLANO (909 COIT RD, PLANO, TX 75075) WHERE THE DEALER REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FAILURE AS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000.
