Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE AT A STANDSTILL, THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND FAILED TO RELEASE ON ITS OWN. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER FAIRVIEW FORD SAN BERNARDINO (292 N G ST, SAN BERNARDINO, CA 92410 (909) 884-9261) WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 103,000.
