I AM WRITING IN REGARDS TO THE MANUFACTURER RECALL: 19S54. HOW ARE THESE PARTS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE 1ST QUARTER OF 2021? IT'S NOW IN THE WINTER MONTHS IN NORTHWEST OHIO AND I CAN'T EVEN BRAKE MY CAR SAFELY IN THE SNOW AND/OR ICE. I NEED TO DRIVE TO AND FROM WORK AND MAKE ANY OTHER TRIPS, BUT I CAN'T DO IT SAFELY!! WHAT CAN YOU DO TO FIX THIS ISSUE? CAN YOU REFUND ME MY BILL IF I TAKE THIS INTO A SHOP?
