Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC XTS. THE CONTACT STATED THE NAVIGATION SCREEN HAD SPIDER WAS FRACTURED AND FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN TOUCHED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO OCEAN CADILLAC (17800 IPCO RD, MIAMI, FL 33162, (786) 474-3084) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TOUCH SCREEN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED A VOUCHER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
