TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BACK-UP CAMERA FAILED TO OPERATE AS DESIGNED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IMAGE FROM THE BACK-UP CAMERA WAS NOT CLEAR WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFTED INTO REVERSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,500.
