TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO SHIFT TO THE DESIRED GEAR. THE ENGINE ICON ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE LARRY H. MILLER CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM RIVERDALE DEALER LOCATED AT 1481 W. RIVERDALE RD, RIVERDALE, UT 84405, AND WAS NOT GIVEN A CALLBACK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. *BF THE CONSUMER HAS STATED THE PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE. *AS
