Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE SITTING IN HER MOTHERS 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING IN A PARKING LOT, THE CONTACT WAS SEATED IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEN THE HEADREST DEPLOYED WITHOUT AN IMPACT. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS INJURED TO THE BACK OF HER HEAD CAUSING A CONCUSSION AND WHIPLASH. THE CONTACT SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION AT A HOSPITAL. THE CONTACT CALLED DAVE DENNIS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, 4232 COLONEL GLENN HWY, DAYTON, OH 45431, AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE AND WAS QUOTED WITH A FEE FOR THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER AND WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.*DT *JB
