Consumer Description

PURCHASED A 2019 F350 IN OCTOBER OF 2018 AND STARTING AT 20,000 MILES OR LESS VEHICLE STARTED TO VIOLENTLY SHAKE OR WOBBLE. THIS FIRST HAPPEN WHILE GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 58 MPH, AND TRUCK STEERING WHEEL AND TRUCK STARTED TO WOBBLE AND SHAKE. I PULLED OVER UNSURE WHAT TO DO, BUT NOTHING SEEMS WRONG, AS IN FLAT TIRE, AND DRIVE SHAFT. OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS THIS CONTINUED TO HAPPEN. I HAVE INFORMED THE DEALER WITH NO RESPONSE AND OUR LOCAL FORD DEALER WITH NO RESPONSE. AT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT, THEY ACKNOWLEDGE TO COMPLAINT BUT DO NOTHING.
