Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT TO WORK LAST NIGHT,I HEARD A LOUD POP. THE POP WAS ALMOST AS LOUD AS A GUN GOING OFF BESIDE MY FACE. IT SCARED ME,BECAUSE I WAS UNSURE WHAT HAD JUST OCCURRED. I LOOKED OVER AND NOTICED MY HEADREST ON PASSENGER SIDE HAD POPPED IN HALF AND UNABLE TO BE PUSHED BACK INTO PLACE. LUCKILY,MY OLDEST CHILD OR HUSBAND WASN'T WITH ME,OR IT WOULD PROBABLY WOULD HAVE CAUSED AN INJURY,OR AT LEAST SOME SORENESS. I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS A RECALL,BUT SEEMS LIKE IT SHOULD BE,ESPECIALLY IF NOTHING TRIGGERED IT. PLEASE ENSURE THIS ISSUE GETS SORTED OUT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. *TR
