TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND PARKED THE STEERING WHEEL FELT LOOSE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED SONS FORD AUBURN (2305 S COLLEGE ST, AUBURN, AL 36832, (334) 246-0766) AND INFORMED THE DEALER OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED THE FAILURE TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V167000 (STEERING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE 35,090.
