TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR SLIDING DOOR WAS DEFECTIVE AND COULD NOT BE OPENED MANUALLY NOR WITH THE KEY FOB. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSIS OR TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILAGE WAS 19,000. *LN*JB
