Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IDLING, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THE CONTACT CONTACTED A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,567.
