Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2016 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE ENGINE BEGAN TO FAIL WITH WARNING LIGHTS. THE CONTACT HAD TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND DROVE THE VEHICLE TO FAULKNER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FIAT,6643 CARLISLE PIKE, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050(,717-697-9448) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A SPARK PLUG FAILURE AND THE SPARK PLUG WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALER AWAITING BACK ORDER PART FOR THE ENGINE CYLINDER #6. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
