Consumer Description

THE STEERING WILL LOCK UP WHEN MAKING A TURN AT LOW SPEED. IF I PULL DOWN HARD ON THE STEERING WHEEL IT WILL BREAK LOSE, BUT THIS HAS ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT.
