WIND SHIELD WIPERS MALFUNCTION AFTER 15 TO 30 MINS THEY RAPIDLY SPEED TO AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CONTROL MODULE. THEN WIPERS SLOW DOWN AND TURN OFF AND ARE UNABLE TO COME BACK ON. ALSO WHEN YOU TURN VEHICLE OFF WINDSHIELD WIPERS STAY ON.
