Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUDDENLY TURNED DARK, SHUT OFF, AND THE ENGINE STALLED. AFTER RESTARTING THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE OPERATED NORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE AND NO FAILURE WAS FOUND. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
