DOOR LATCH FREEZES - ALL DOORS - WON'T SECURE UNTIL IT IS WARM ENOUGH AGAIN TO WORK ABOUT 34 DEGREES - SOMETIMES IT APPEARS TO SEEM LOCKED ONLY TO OPEN AS YOU GO AROUND A CORNER.
