TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FRANKLIN FORD (175 E CENTRAL ST, FRANKLIN, MA 02038) WHERE IT WAS THEY DETERMINED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FAILED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,400.
