WHEN I TURN ON THE CAR ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL LIGHTS TURN ON AND THE CAR LOCKS, I CAN'T MOVE IT FROM THE P (PARK) SHIFT. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN THE LAST 2 1/2 MONTHS, 3 TIMES.
