TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE JOURNEY. WHEN THE CONTACT POWERED OFF THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO RUN. THE CONTACT HAD TO UNDO THE BATTERY CABLE TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
