Consumer Description

TRUCK WAS DRIVING AT 35 MPH WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN LOST COMPRESSION. COASTED OFF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE HAD BROKEN VALVE SPRING WHICH DROPPED VALVE CAUSING HOLE IN TOP OF PISTON. THIS TRUCK IS IN NEW CONDITION WITH OIL CHANGES REGULARLY NO WARNING LIGHTS ON THE DASH OR KNOCKS. ZERO INDICATIONS PRIOR TO THIS HAPPENING. WE OWN FOUR FORDS AND BELIEVE THIS TO BE A FAULTY PART. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO REPAIR. ONLY 92000 MILES ON IT ALL HIGHWAY.
