Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO HESITATE AND THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE AND NOTICED AN OIL LEAK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. A DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,103.
