TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR CAMERA WENT BLACK OR DISPLAYED IMAGES BACKWARDS. THE CONTACT CALLED TOWN AND COUNTRY FORD OF NASHVILLE (LOCATED AT 101 ANDERSON LN, MADISON, TN 37115, (615) 865-1280) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR CAMERA NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
