48,217MI. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING, WHERE THE POWER ASSISTED STEERING HAS STOPPED WORKING CAUSING DIFFICULT STEERING AS WELL AS A "STEERING FAULT SERVICE NOW" MESSAGE ON MY INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. FORD HAS RECALLED SEVERAL VEHICLES FOR THIS SAME CONCERN BUT MY VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THE RECALL SO FAR.
