TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD FREESTAR. WHILE SWITCHING THE SHIFTER INTO GEAR, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY CHANGE GEARS. THE DRIVER HAD TO SWITCH THE SHIFTER MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THE GEAR WOULD CHANGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. *BF THE CONTACT HAS STATED THAT A NEW TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN ORDERED AND HAS BEEN REMANUFACTURED WITH CORRECTED PARTS AND HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED. *AS
