Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHEN THE KEY WAS REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHUT DOWN AND THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED. ADDITIONALLY, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START OCCASIONALLY. ALSO, THE BAD KEY MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED KELLEY SALES & SERVICE (74 CLINTON ST, SPRINGFIELD, VT 05156, (802) 885-2186, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 172,000.
