Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE PULLED TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR FAILED TO OPEN FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD OF MONTEBELLO (LOCATED AT 2747 VIA CAMPO, MONTEBELLO, CA 90640, (323) 358-2880), BUT A FAILURE CODE COULD NOT BE FOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,000. *TR
