Consumer Description

CAR TURNED OFF AS I WAS SLOWING DOWN FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT. PANEL READ " NO POWER TO ENGINE" OR SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT. WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF PANEL DUE TO I WAS CAUGHT IN TRAFFIC WITH CARS BEHIND ME.
