Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HER NIECE WHO OWNS A 2019 TOYOTA COROLLA. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE FOR APPROXIMATELY TEN MINUTES. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, THE DRIVER SHIFTED INTO DRIVE, BUT THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CLASSIC TOYOTA (LOCATED AT 1717 W SW LOOP 323, TYLER, TX 75701, (903) 579-0655), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,179.
