2011 ELANTRA SPRING COIL FAILURE... OUR FAMILY HAS GREAT CONCERNS TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY REGARDING THE RISK MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES BY HYUNDAI ON NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 15V629000 (MANUFACTURER RECALL 133). REVIEWING THE 20 NHTSA RECALL DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS RECALL AND OUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, WE BELIEVE THAT THE RISK MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING: FAILURE INVESTIGATION, CORRECTIVE/PREVENTIVE ACTIONS AND RANGE OF VEHICLES AFFECTED NEEDS TO BE REVISITED...
