Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FORD F-350. APPROXIMATELY TWENTY MINUTES AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, IT ROLLED INTO A WOODED AREA. THE CONTACT JUMPED INTO THE VEHICLE AND WAS ABLE TO STOP IT AND SHUT IT OFF. THERE WAS NO WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUGAR LOAF FORD LINCOLN (507-454-5170, LOCATED AT 1222 W SERVICE DR, WINONA, MN 55987) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 320. *DT*JB
