Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN AND CLOSE. THE CONTACT HAD TO ENTER THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE PASSENGER DOOR AND CLIMB OVER THE CONSOLE TO THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO STAR LAKE FORD (1212 MAIN ST, BURGETTSTOWN, PA 15021, (724) 947-3381) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,800.
