Consumer Description
SHIFTER CABLE BROKE. WE WERE UNABLE TO SHIFT TRANSMISSION AFTER PULLING VEHICLE IN PARKING SPOT. WE HAD TO HAVE VEHICLE TOWED TO REPAIR FACILITY AND HAVE SHIFTER CABLE REPLACED AT A COSTS OF $526.40. WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER OUTSTANDING COMPLAINT FILED FOR WIRING HARNESS BEING TOO SHORT AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR NEW SPLICES THAT OUR VIN WAS NOT COVERED BY A CURRENT RECALL. WE ASK THAT NHTSA LOOKING INTO THE STATUS OF THAT COMPLAINT FOR OUR REFUND AS WELL AS THIS ONE THAT THERE AGAIN APPEARS TO BE A CURRENT RECALL FOR, JUST NOT FOR OUR VIN.
