TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED WHILE IDLING AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT. THERE WAS EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NECK AND BACK INJURIES AND HER SPOUSE SUFFERED BACK INJURIES. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS RECEIVED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY A LOCAL MECHANIC. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. *TT VEHICLE PURCHASE DATE SHOULD BE ON OR BEFORE INCIDENT DATE *JB
