TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WAS INOPERATIVE AND WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD LINCOLN OF QUEENS BOULEVARD (139-48 QUEENS BLVD, JAMAICA, NY 11435, (718) 657-8888) WHERE A NEW INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WAS ORDERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V406000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 63,809.
