Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, EXHAUST FUMES ENTERED THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED EVERY DAY SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED TWO YEARS AGO. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (DON CHALMERS FORD, 2500 RIO RANCHO BOULEVARD SE, RIO RANCHO, NM 87124) SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
