Consumer Description

WE WERE DRIVING AND THE CAR ENGINE JUST STOPPED IN MOTION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY STREET. EVERYTHING LOCKED AND WOULD NOT START - LOOKED INSIDE AND THE OIL WAS BLACK (I JUST GOT AN OIL CHANGE, LESS THAN A MONTH AGO). I SPOKE TO A MECHANIC AND THEY SAID THIS SPECIFIC MODEL HAS MANY ISSUES, SPECIFICALLY EXCESSIVE OIL BURNING. I HAD MY CAR TOWED AND NEED TO GET IT RUNNING ASAP. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO. THANK YOU.
