Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL THE DOOR HANDLES FAILED TO OPEN THE DOORS FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDOWS NEEDED TO BE OPENED IN ORDER TO OPEN THE DOORS FROM THE EXTERIOR HANDLES. THE CONTACT CALLED FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS AT 559-862-1570 (920 W SHAW AVE, CLOVIS, CA 93612) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
