Consumer Description

I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH MY DOOR LATCHES HAVING MY VEHICLE DOOR OPEN WHILE DRIVING AND NOT LOCKING PROPERLY OR SHUTTING PROPERLY. I HAVE ALSO HAD ISSUES WITH MY DOORS BEING FROZEN SHUT DUE TO MOISTURE GETTING INSIDE THE DOOR AND THEN FREEZING. MY DEALER HAS TRIED TO FIX THIS RECALL TWICE WHICH FAILED BOTH TIMES. I'VE ALSO BEEN NOTIFIED THAT THE RECALL FIX IS NOT A PERMANENT FIX BY FORD TECHNICIANS. CLEARLY THIS RECALL IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND I AM CONCERNED FOR MY DAUGHTER SAFETY BEING THAT THE DOORS WILL OPEN WHEN THEY WANT
