TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 MERCEDES-BENZ C300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL FAILED TO UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF WESLEY CHAPEL (2383 WILLOW OAK DR, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING LOCK ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,425. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TT *TR
